How Can We Help?

What's the point of the account suspension appeal process?
If you believe there was an error in the suspension of your account, Collanity gives you the opportunity to appeal 1 time per case of suspension. If your appeal is approved the suspension will be lifted immediately and the wrongly given Penalty Points will be taken back. As a form of apology, we will also deduct 1 point from your account's Penalty Points.

We only lift the suspension in a state of necessity:
  • If a real person’s account gets suspended by mistake, we’ll work with the person to make sure the account suspension is lifted.
  • If an account is hacked or compromised, we will suspend it first, then return the account to its real owner.

Make sure you have a true and honest reason to appeal and make sure you do your best to build your case.
