How do I appeal my community suspension?
If you get a temporary community suspension, you can appeal by trying to access your community during the suspension period. If you get a permanent community suspension, you can appeal by trying to access your community 3 months after the suspension was first placed on your community.
If more than 3 months have passed without an appeal or if your appeal fails, your community data will be deleted. If the appeal is made too close to the end of the suspension and then the suspension ends before the appeal can be processed, then the appeal will be invalid. So make sure you check your email and Collanity account regularly so you don't miss any important information.
What will you need?
