How Can We Help?

How do I appeal my account suspension?
You can appeal by trying to access your Collanity account. If you get a temporary account suspension, you can appeal during the suspension period. If you get a permanent account suspension, you can appeal it 3 months after the suspension was first placed on your account.

If more than 3 months have passed without an appeal or if your appeal fails, your account data will be deleted. If the appeal is made too close to the end of the suspension and then the suspension ends before the appeal can be processed, then the appeal will be invalid. So make sure you check your email and Collanity account regularly so you don't miss any important information.

What will you need?
  • Collanity account
  • Access to Collanity account email (for verification & contact purposes)
  • Collanity account email password

The appeal steps:
  1. Attempt to log in to Collanity with your account.
  2. On the pop-up message informing you that your account has been suspended, click "Appeal Suspension".
  3. Fill in the required information. Make sure you fill it out honestly and thoroughly.
  4. Complete the verification process using your account email. Contact our support if you have trouble with this process.
  5. After your appeal is reviewed, in 3 working days you will receive an email at your contact email address with the final result. If your appeal is rejected, you will not be able to appeal again.
