What will happen if my account is suspended?
If your account is temporarily or permanently suspended then any active use of our products by your account will be disabled or canceled. Payments made to you by others will be refunded and payments made by you to Collanity will also be refunded to your credit balance. However, payments made by you to others will not be refunded.
All of your subscriptions on Collanity will also be terminated. All plans will be unsubscribed or reverted to the free plan. Unused time credits will be transferred to your credit balance. In the case of a permanent suspension, if your appeal fails or the suspension has been more than 3 months, your credit balance will be refunded.
