Project
Project Freelancer:
- Freelancers are free to receive project invitations from any client.
- Every decision made by the freelancer on the invitation will be sent to the client.
- Freelancers are free to bid and provide new details on their bids. But this bid still needs to be approved by the client.
- Freelancers are free to reject or accept project invitations offered to them.
- Freelancers can still bid on rejected invitations.
- Freelancers are free to bid on any project as long as the number of bid slots is sufficient
- Freelancers are free to accept, refuse, or renegotiate additional tasks offered to them. Every decision made by the freelancer will be conveyed to the client.
- Freelancers are free to accept, refuse, or renegotiate project bid that offered or negotiated to them.
Every decision made by the freelancer will be conveyed to the client.
- Freelancers are free to unbid projects that they have bid on, but the bid slot they have used will not be refunded.
- Freelancers are free to re-bid bids they have unbid, but there will be bid slots needed to bid on the project.
- Freelancers are free to apply for an extension of time to the client.
- Freelancers are free to propose milestone changes to clients, but collanity limits the ability to make milestone changes a maximum of 1 time.
- Neither the client nor the freelancer has the right to change the status of the additional task to started.
Status changes will be made automatically by the collanity system.
- Freelancers are free to submit and convey that the project work has been completed. This will still wait for client approval for confirmation.
- Freelancers are free to resign in the middle of the project, provided that the freelancer has the possibility to be paid for the last milestone he worked on.
- After the project is completed or the freelancer's relationship with the client is cut off for some reason,
the freelancer is obliged to provide a review to the freelancer and the review must be filled out honestly.
- Freelancers can accept and work on several projects at once without a maximum project limit.
Project Client:
By posting project to Collanity, users agree that the job already fulfills Collanity Policies.
Project must not:
- Offers of permanent employment, partnerships, franchises or joint ventures. Collanity have job ad features for that needs.
- Unpaid work/profit or revenue share/commision only/ payment in exchange for skills or services. All projects should be paid for.
- Request to complete university / college / school work.
- Request to undertake an activity such as post listings on other websites for the purpose of evading those websites account processes or policies.
- Fraudlent listings, request for illegal services, spam or listings posted purely for the of promotiong another business or website.
- Requests for artificial social media followers/likes or product/business reviews (or indications judged carefully at our discretion that the buyer requested indeed artificial deliverables)
Project must:
- Be specific in the description about what the project is.
- Indicate a realistic budget for the work.
Client must not:
- Ask for samples project in the proposal process. Client can see their work in freelancer profile on projects section.
- Include full name or contact details in the project description or title.
- Direct freelancers to another website for full details of the projects.
- Clients are free to add additional tasks while the project is running.
This additional task project will still be confirmed by the freelancer.
- Clients are free to accept, renegotiate, or refuse to negotiate additional tasks from freelancers.
- Client must deposit money for payment within xx hours after agreement with freelancer.
This rules applies when agreeing project, agreeing milestone change, and agreeing additional task.
- Neither the client nor the freelancer has the right to change the status of the additional task to started.
Status changes will be made automatically by the collanity system.
- Clients are free to accept, reject, or renegotiate bids from freelancers.
- The new project will start when the client has chosen one of the freelancers and made a deposit for payment.
- After the project is completed or the freelancer's relationship with the client is cut off for some reason,
the client is obliged to provide a review to the freelancer and the review must be filled out honestly.
- Clients are free to accept, renegotiate, or reject requests for changing milestones from freelancers.
Milestone changes are limited to a maximum of 1 time
- The client can cancel the project in the middle on the condition that the client must pay a certain percentage of the agreed payment.
- The client is free to decide whether to pay or not if the freelancer resigns in the middle of the project.
- Posted projects cannot be edited in any way.
- The client can cancel the additional task before the additional task is started. Thus, the additional task will be canceled immediately.
- The client can cancel the additional task once it is started, but the client must also pay the agreed payment in full.
- The client has the right to accept or reject the submission of a deadline extension from the freelancer.
- The client has the right to accept or re-correct the project milestones that have been completed by the freelancer
- If the final project payment is less than the total money deposited by the client,
the remaining client deposit will be returned at the end of the project.
