Job Ad
By posting job ad to Collanity, users agree that the job already fulfills Collanity Policies.
  • Job ad must not have a preferred candidate(s)
  • Job ad must not:
  • Include content with racial or religious vilify, incite violence or hatred.
  • Threaten, offend, abuse or harm others.
  • Offensive, defamatory or indecent.
  • Contains abusive, pornographic, vulgar, indecent or unlawful content.
  • Discriminate, stereotype, humiliate or offend people based on physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, age, ethnicity, race, religion or appearance.
  • Breach any local, state, or federal regulations or law.
  • Require payment, passwords or personal information which is irrelevant to a job application process.
  • Propose or contaion content about unlawful conduct or activities.
  • Include profanities or insinuated profanities.
  • Request a physical appearance description or a photo.
  • Suggest sexual act, excessive violance or nudity.
  • Be supplied in another language other than english.
  • Suggest the applicant to purchase stock, vehicle, or other assets.
  • Request payment by job seekers.
  • Contain stron political tone or vilify other politicat parties, candidates, or individuals.
Job Ads Policies
  • Job ads that close in the middle will lose all their remaining post time.
  • Job ad that has been posted cannot be edited in any way or for any reason.
  • All decisions made by the employer to the applicant will be submitted to the applicant by the collanity. Either it is added to the shortlist, returned from the shortlist to the applicant, or rejected.
  • Invitations to job seekers to apply for job ads cannot be withdrawn in any way or for any reason.
  • Employer cannot send invitations to job seekers who have declined your previous invitation.
By applying jobs at Collanity, users agree that:
  • All decisions made by the job seeker regarding the job ad will be communicated to the employer by the collanity. Whether it's apply, withdraw, approve, reject, save, or unsave.
  • Employers will know who are the job seekers who have saved their job ad.
  • Pitch messages written by job seekers may not use harsh, offensive, disrespectful words, or other inappropriate words.
  • Job seekers cannot apply to job ads that have been rejected when invited.
