How Can We Help?

Who should I choose to be my account inheritor?
You will only be able to choose someone who has an account on Collanity and is your associate to be your account inheritor.

Make sure you consider these things:
  • He/she will manage the continuity of your account
  • He/she will interact with your associates
  • He/she will perform activities using your account

Since he/she will act as your representative in the future, make sure this person is someone you trust and know well. Family members are a great option. You can also choose a close friend or partner if a family member isn't your first choice.

We recommend that you communicate your intentions and say what you do or do not want to be done to your account before you appoint an account inheritor. That way your account inheritor can understand and follow your wishes. If you already have an inheritor account and change your mind, you can remove it and choose a new person in the Account Inheritance Settings section.
