What happens after a user is confirmed deceased by Collanity?
Once Collanity can confirm that a user has passed away, several things will happen:
- Any subscription the deceased user has will be canceled.
- Any products that the deceased user has purchased will be disbursed and the funds will be refunded.
- Active job ads or listings uploaded by the deceased user will be deactivated and funds paid by other users will be returned.
- Job applications submitted to the deceased user will be canceled.
- Events or services initiated by the deceased user will be canceled and funds paid by other users will be refunded.
- Account Inheritance Settings and Community Inheritance Settings will be executed according to usage and settings decided by the deceased user.
