How do I report a user as incapacitated or deceased?
To ensure our community is honest and real, Collanity provides a report feature for users including reporting if a Collanity user has passed away. Of course, we take this matter seriously so every report will be reviewed before it can be confirmed. Falsely reporting another user as deceased will also be considered a violation. To report a Collanity user as deceased, take the following steps:
Sign in to Collanity.
Go to the profile of the deceased user you want to report.
Click on the Report button (the button with the exclamation mark inside a red circle icon) at the top right of the profile.

3. On the reporting form, choose the reason for reporting this profile. In this case, choose Other > Is deceased.

4. Click on the "Report" button, and then click on the "OK" button.

5. Next, you will be asked to provide important information regarding yourself and the deceased user. Make sure you fill it out honestly and clearly. When you are finished, click on the "Report" button.

6. After your report has been successfully submitted, you will get this text. Wait for a response from Collanity.
