How Can We Help?

What will happen if I change the payment interval of my community subscription plan?
Yearly to Monthly
Users can immediately change the community subscription payment interval from yearly to monthly, and start a new billing cycle during the transition period.

The payment is determined based on the conditions below:
  1. If the remaining credit from the unused yearly subscription is sufficient or more than sufficient for the monthly subscription, then the user does not need to pay anything. The final price will be paid from the remaining credit.
  2. If the remaining credit from the unused yearly subscription time is not sufficient to pay for the monthly subscription, the user must pay the remaining amount. The final price will be paid through the usual checkout process.

Monthly to Yearly
Users can immediately upgrade their monthly subscription plan to a yearly subscription plan by paying the final price deducted by the unused time credit from the monthly plan. Users will start a new billing cycle during the transition.
