How do I change the payment interval for my community subscription plan?
In subscribing to a community plan, you may need to change the subscription payment interval from monthly to yearly or vice versa for any reason. There are two ways for you to change the payment interval for your community subscription plan:
*Note: If you are currently on the free plan, there won’t be any payment needed. So basically you cannot change the payment interval of your plan.
A.
Change Payment Interval Through Community Pricing Page
1. Go to the
Community Pricing Page.
2. Go to the Plans section. In this section, you can see which plan you are currently running and which plans you do not choose.
3. Click the “Change Interval” button on your community subscription plan and you will be redirected to a page where you will be presented with all the information about your community subscription.
4. On that page, click the “Change My Payment Plan” button and you will get the question “What changes would you like to make to your community payment plan?”. Choose the answer “I want to change my current plan interval” and click “Save”.
5. After that, complete the payment (if any), and your changes will be implemented immediately.
B.
Change Payment Interval Through My Communities
1. Go to your
Dashboard Page.
2. Go to
My Communities under the menu section. There you will be informed of your current community subscription plan with the “My Community Subscription Payment Plan” button.
3. Click the “My Community Subscription Payment Plan” button and you will be redirected to a page where you will be presented with all the information about your community subscription.
4. On that page, click the “Change My Payment Plan” button and you will get the question “What changes would you like to make to your community payment plan?”. Choose the answer “I want to change my current plan interval” and click “Save”.
5. After that, complete the payment (if any), and your changes will be implemented immediately.
