How Can We Help?

What should I do if I don't receive the OTP code?
What is a One-Time Password (OTP) on Collanity?
A One-Time Password (OTP) is a unique, confidential 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email when Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for your account. You can activate 2FA through the Account Security & Login page. OTPs enhance security by ensuring only authorized users can access your account.

Troubleshooting OTP Issues
If you don’t receive the OTP:
  1. Verify that your registered email is active and correct.
  2. Click Resend Code on the OTP input page to request a new code.

Important Reminder
Your OTP is strictly confidential. Never share it with anyone to protect your account security.
