Why can't I create a Collanity account?
If you can't create a Collanity account, try the following solutions:
  1. Check whether you are accessing the correct site link. To register with Collanity you need to access our Sign Up page at
     https://www.collanity.com/signup.
  2. Make sure the name you want to use does not contain words or phrases that go against our community standards(for example slurs); words or phrases that represent organizations instead of persons; symbols, numbers, unusual capitalization, and repeating characters or punctuation; or characters from multiple languages.      https://www.collanity.com/community-guidelines.
  3. Make sure the email you want to use is registered, still active, and has never been used in a Collanity account. Currently, 1 email can only be used for 1 Collanity account.
  4. Ensure that your device has a strong wifi/data connection. Try connecting to different networks if possible.
  5. Try switching devices or switching to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc).
