How Can We Help?

Why am I being blocked by other users?
The block feature is provided by Collanity to reduce unpleasant behavior and build Collanity as a safe place for all users. Profile or page blocking by other users can be caused by many things, whether personal or not. In general, the reasons are:
  • Unwanted Interaction;
  • Bullying & Harassment;
  • Privacy Violation;
  • Controversial and Offensive Content;
  • Efforts to Maintain Mental Health; and other personal reasons.

However, if someone blocks you, it doesn't necessarily mean it's because of you, it could also be for their own reasons. To avoid being blocked by other users, make sure your content and your interactions with others are positive.
