How Can We Help?

Who can manage the community management roles?
The Community Owner is the one who can manage everything related to the role in community management. This is absolute and cannot be changed.

This includes:
  1. Adding & Removing Community Owners
  2. Promoting & Demoting Community Organizers
  3. Promoting & Demoting Community Admin
  4. Promote, Demote & Remove Custom Roles
  5. Removing Oneself from the Community Manager Role
  6. Create a New Manager Role & Customize Access

However, promoting & demoting community admins can also be performed by Community Organizers and other custom manager roles (subject to settings by the Community Owner). Any Community Manager can also exclude himself from community management.
