How Can We Help?

What will happen if I downgrade my community subscription plan?
You may be wondering what will happen after you downgrade your community subscription plan? Will the new subscription plan run immediately or will it wait for the billing cycle to complete? What will happen depends on the conditions:

Downgrade from Monthly Subscription Plan to Another Monthly Subscription Plan

Users can downgrade from a monthly subscription plan to another monthly subscription plan. The downgrade can only be applied to the next billing cycle.

Downgrade from Yearly Subscription Plan to Another Yearly Subscription Plan

Users can immediately downgrade from a yearly subscription plan to another yearly subscription plan and start a new billing cycle during the transition. Credits left over from unused time will be used to pay the new price until they are all used up. After that, the next subscription will be paid for with the usual payment process.
