What will happen if I unsubscribe from my community subscription plan?
‘Unsubscribe’ means breaking subscriptions and returning to the community free subscription plan. If you decide to unsubscribe, you will be asked to delete the communities that you own (if you have more than 1) and keep only 1. This is done as a form of adjustment to the community free subscription plan. All additional features that you have received from the previous plan will also be deactivated.
Unsubscribe from Monthly Subscription Plan
If you have a monthly subscription then your subscription period will be completed first so no refund will be required. The next free community plan will run as of the date the previous plan period ends.
Unsubscribe from Yearly Subscription Plan
If you have a yearly subscription then the process of unsubscribing and switching to the free community plan will be immediate. In this case, you will receive a refund.
