Colla comes from the word Collaboration and is also short for Collanity. CollaPoints are points earned by Collanity users by performing various collaborative actions that build Collanity's digital community.
All users will start with 0 CollaPoints. It’s the lowest a user can go. Users can get CollaPoints by contributing to the Collanity community. You can learn more about increasing and losing your CollaPoints by visiting the Account Quality page in My Dashboard.
Based on how many CollaPoints a user has, they will be classified into several types:
- Rising Star User
- Master User
- Top User
